Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@nessasarycosmetics.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
